Media lifelong training needs in the Baltic states
On May 13, 2020 within the framework of the project entitled "Development of a Resilient and Informed Media Space in the Baltic States (2019-2021)”, Baltic Centre for Media Excellence held a networking discussion, aiming to raise awareness of quality journalism and research activities. During the event three research papers have been presented.
Media organisations in the Baltics have been hit hard by the economic crisis caused by the restrictions imposed to fight COVID-19, and this impact requires immediate action. At the same time, this is a opportunity to assess long-term changes to the work of the media.
