Call for Proposals for Individual Content Producer in the Baltics

Internews announces a call for proposals to receive support for individual content producers (independent journalists, bloggers etc.) operating in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and producing content for Russian - and/or Polish-speaking audiences in the Baltic countries.
