Media innovations is an integral part of our operation. To help media organizations and journalists become more tech-savy and able to engage their audiences with new communication habits that are required nowadays, we use various innovative strategies. We initiate and help bring to media start-ups new and experimental media training modules, such as 360° immersive storytelling, podcasting, long reads, mobile journalism, and many others. We work with public media broadcasters and regional media outlets to help them develop new multimedia platforms and create multimedia storytelling blueprints. Our goal is to equip our media partners with the latest storytelling and content production trends and engage the best journalism training minds in the process. In addition, we offer grant options for experiments and new formats. We believe that the more experiments we seed, the more likely we are to see innovations and new approaches that serve communities and strengthen quality journalism in the digital environment.
